The Bradley Branch of Monterey County Free Libraries (MCFL) will be closing at its current location effective June 16, 2017

The Bradley Branch of Monterey County Free Libraries (MCFL) will be closing at its current location effective June 16, 2017. The branch will remain closed until a new facility is secured to operate the library.

During the closure, the following library service options are available:

The bookmobile will be providing services to Bradley every other Tuesday starting on July 18, 2017 at the Bradley School at 65600 Dixie Street, Bradley, CA 93426, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Through MCFL’s Library-by-Mail program library users can have materials sent to their home address. Please call (831) 883-7544 or (800) 322-6884 for more information or to request delivery of library materials.

Library users may also visit or contact any MCFL branch for regular library services. The San Ardo Branch Library is open Wednesday through Saturday and is located at 62350 College St, San Ardo; for more information call 831-627-2503. The King City Branch Library is located at 402 Broadway St. King City; call 831-385-3014 for more information.

“We are sorry to have to temporarily close the Bradley library,” Library Director, Jayanti Addleman, said, “but we will continue to serve the community through our bookmobile and other services. We have been serving the Bradley community since 1914, and are looking for options to open a full service library there as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience to area residents.”
