South County Enviornmental Compliance Workshop

Monterey County Hazardous Materials Management Service Update

The Monterey County Health Department, Environmental Health Bureau is presenting the 18th Annual South County Environmental Compliance Workshop “Monterey County Hazardous Materials Management Service Update”. The workshop is free to all businesses, government agencies, and members of the public, and will focus on current environmental issues such as Agricultural Technology and Safety, Surviving your Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste Inspection, Water Well Program Update, Septic Systems and the new LAMP, CERS Update, Air District Update, PG&E Dig Safely and the Solid Waste Voucher Program. Free refreshments will be served to all attendees.

The 18th Annual South County Environmental Compliance Workshop will be held:

Wednesday, April 25th
7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Salinas Valley Fairgrounds
Pavilion Building
625 Division Street, King City

  

The goal of the Workshop is to provide the agricultural industry, businesses, agencies and the public with current information relating to environmental laws and regulations, and available resources. Attendees will gain insight and awareness of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as contacts and resources for future reference.
