Create a new and unique value proposition to visitors in various categories, by promoting the development of programs, activities, and facilities which integrate the region’s intellectual assets in marine and environmental sciences with tourism and hospitality.

 Impact:

Enhance the visibility of the County as the center for a new class of vacation and recreation activity focused on environmental study and world-class forums in marine science.
