  • ​Consultation, analysis, feasibility studies, and evaluation/selection of hardware, platform, products, processes and tools.
  • Application, interface and user experience design, solution development, data conversion, testing, implementation as well as coordination and support of installation, data conversion and deployment of vendor solutions.
  • Database design, development, conversion, administration and support, application database performance tuning, data extracts, transformation, and cleansing.
  • Production maintenance and support, including issue tracking, troubleshooting and problem resolution, as well as content management support and SharePoint site administration.
  • Application documentation, user manuals and training materials, system documentation, data base documentation, and operations guide or run manuals.
  • Vendor management, including contract preparation, procurement and user license administration, and user training coordination.
